We want to thank everyone who helped with this health needs assessment. Whether you were apart of a committee, provided input on project, 1 of the 582 people who filled out a survey, a community partner, or just lent a hand along the way! We have had a wonderful time getting to know the people of this beautiful land and are truly happy we were here to share this experiencing with you.
Our project is in the process of developing goals and strategies to address the issues that came out of this extensive assessment. Look forward to a more effective health department here to better serve your needs!
We cannot stress how important you were in this process and hope you will be willing to help in future. We have set up the infrastructure to continue taking feedback from the citizens of this great county in one way or another.
